Pretinder is a service of Lets All Play Together LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Pretinder mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account & Profile Information: Name, date of birth, gender, sexual orientation, timezone, interests, and profile photos you upload during registration.
• Phone Number: Collected when you subscribe to a bot, used for SMS/MMS messaging delivery and identity verification.
• Age Verification Data: Information submitted during age verification, which may include government-issued identification or other verification credentials depending on your jurisdiction. This data is processed by our third-party age verification provider and is not stored by Pretinder beyond what is necessary to confirm verification status.
• Payment Information: When you subscribe, payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers. We retain only a transaction reference and subscription status.
• Messages & Content: Text messages and any images or media you send through the in-app free chat feature.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

• Analytics & Telemetry Data: We collect usage data including app interactions, feature usage, session duration, crash reports, and performance metrics. This data helps us improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.
• Device Information: We may collect general device information such as operating system version, app version, and device type for analytics and compatibility purposes.
• Push Notification Tokens: If you enable push notifications, we collect your device's push notification token to deliver notifications related to matches, messages, and subscription activity.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect precise GPS or location data, IP addresses for tracking purposes, or contacts from your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Providing the Service: Creating and managing your account, displaying your profile to facilitate matching, delivering in-app chat messages, managing subscriptions, and facilitating SMS/MMS messaging with subscribed bots.
• Matching & Personalization: Using your profile information (including interests, gender, sexual orientation, and other preferences) to determine which bot profiles are shown to you and to personalize bot interactions.
• Payment Processing: Processing subscription payments and managing billing through Stripe.
• Age Verification: Verifying that you meet the minimum age requirements for accessing adult content, as required by applicable law.
• Communications: Sending push notifications about matches, messages, and subscription activity. Delivering SMS/MMS messages between you and your subscribed bots.
• Analytics & Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns and telemetry to improve the Service, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• Legal Compliance: Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment Processor (Stripe): Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe for subscription processing. Stripe's use of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Age Verification Provider: Information you submit for age verification is processed by our third-party verification provider. We share only the minimum data necessary to complete verification.
• Push Notification Services: Your device's push notification token is shared with Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) and/or Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver notifications.
• Analytics Providers: Anonymized and aggregated usage data may be shared with third-party analytics tools to help us understand how the Service is used.
• SMS/MMS Delivery Providers: Your phone number is shared with our SMS/MMS delivery provider solely for the purpose of delivering messages between you and your subscribed bots.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Location: All user data is stored on servers located in the United States.
• Security Measures: We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
• Payment Security: Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant security practices. We do not store sensitive payment credentials.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Active Accounts: We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active and as necessary to provide the Service.
• Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account at any time through the app or by contacting us at legal@letsallplaytogether.com. Upon account deactivation, your account and associated personal data will be deleted within 24 hours.
• Exceptions: We may retain certain information beyond the deletion period where required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes) or to resolve disputes.

6. Your Rights & Choices

• Access & Correction: You may view and update your profile information at any time through the app.
• Account Deletion: You may delete your account as described in Section 5 above.
• Push Notifications: You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
• SMS/MMS Messages: If you unsubscribe from a bot, SMS/MMS messaging with that bot will cease.

6.1 State-Specific Rights

If you are a resident of a state with specific consumer privacy legislation (such as the Colorado Privacy Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or similar laws), you may have additional rights, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and the right to opt out of certain data processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@letsallplaytogether.com. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

7. Children's Privacy

Pretinder is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under 18, we will delete that information promptly. 8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as app store pages or payment processors). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with your information.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, providing additional notice through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
